1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 2djili platform — including our website at 2djili.cam, mobile application, or any associated service — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. This Agreement is effective upon your first use of the platform.

Your continued use of 2djili following any modification of these terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. 2djili reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time with or without prior notice beyond the publication of the revised terms on this page.

These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 2djili, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations for casino-style gambling activities.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation or entity) capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where accessing 2djili would violate local laws.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 2djili or any of its affiliates.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with 2djili or any PAGCOR-regulated platform.
• You must not have had a previous 2djili account terminated for violation of these terms.

2djili reserves the right to request verification of your age and identity at any point. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and all funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 2djili. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

• Your username and password are personal to you. Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
• You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• 2djili will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. If you receive such a request, report it to our support team immediately.
• You must notify 2djili immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Account access is available through the 2djili Login page. Always access your account through official 2djili channels only.

2djili reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant, or to close any existing account, at our sole discretion.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 2djili are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). We support a range of payment methods commonly used across the Philippines, including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, and debit/credit cards.

Deposits:

• All deposits must be funded from accounts or payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• 2djili reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on large or unusual deposits consistent with our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days, subject to KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible.
• 2djili reserves the right to request additional identity documents before processing any withdrawal request.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are stated in your account's cashier section.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

2djili offers various promotions, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and free spins to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions unless the promotion-specific terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered players aged 21 and above who are in good standing on the platform.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover requirement) that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• 2djili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who are found to be abusing promotional offers — including through matched betting, bonus hunting, or use of multiple accounts — may have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.
• In the event of any discrepancy between a promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on 2djili — including slot games, live dealer games, bingo, sports betting, and specialty games — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface itself. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) and live dealer operations that have been tested by independent auditors. 2djili does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical failure or system error during a game round, 2djili reserves the right to void bets or game sessions affected by the error.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection. 2djili is not liable for losses due to disconnection on the player's side.
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are final and cannot be cancelled by the player.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. Attempting to circumvent bet limits is prohibited.
• For sports betting on PBA, NBA, international football, UFC, and other events, 2djili's official odds and betting rules govern all outcomes. Results are determined based on official competition results as published by the relevant governing body.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 2djili. Any player found engaging in such conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Cheating: Any attempt to defraud 2djili or other players, including through manipulation of game software, exploiting system vulnerabilities, or use of unauthorized third-party software.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or live dealer games.
• Money Laundering: Using 2djili for any money laundering activity or to process funds obtained through illegal means. All transactions are monitored for AML compliance as required by Philippine law.
• Multi-Accounting: Opening or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Bot Use: Using automated software, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in place of a human player.
• Chargeback Fraud: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider after funds have been used on the platform.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.

8 Account Termination & Suspension

2djili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — situations where:

• The player has violated any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player's activity triggers AML, KYC, or fraud monitoring flags.
• The player has provided false information during registration or at any point during their account lifecycle.
• 2djili is required to do so by Philippine law, PAGCOR directive, or other regulatory obligation.
• The player voluntarily requests self-exclusion through our Responsible Gaming tools.

Upon account termination for cause, 2djili reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, balances may be forfeited. Where no violation is found, legitimate balances will be returned to the player through standard withdrawal procedures.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, 2djili, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if 2djili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from unauthorized account access due to the player's failure to maintain the security of their credentials.
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond 2djili's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, force majeure events, or third-party payment processor failures.
• Gambling losses incurred through the normal operation of any game on the platform.

Nothing in this section limits 2djili's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

10 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. 2djili operates under the licensing and regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of any dispute between you and 2djili arising from these terms or your use of the platform, we encourage you to first contact our support team to resolve the matter informally. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.

For regulatory complaints, players may also contact PAGCOR directly through official government channels. 2djili is committed to full cooperation with all regulatory investigations.

11 Amendments to Terms

2djili may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and by posting a notice on the platform. The updated terms will be effective from the date of publication on this page.

Your continued use of 2djili after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. If you disagree with the revised terms, you should cease using the platform and contact us to close your account.
